The other side of the house has a queen-sized bedroom with another en suite bath with a large tiled walk-in shower and a separate water closet.

The third bedroom features a set of bunk beds, with a twin over a full.

All rooms have large flat screen TV's and there is a full washer/dryer for your convenience.

The wrap around deck on the main floor has plenty of room for relaxing and grilling (gas) and up one flight is the perfect spot for a nightcap under the stars. Panoramic island views can be had from this "crow's nest" upper deck.

The ground floor has garage parking for 2 cars and driveway parking for 2.

A hot/cold shower and shady "hang out" area are great after a long day on the beach.

The large community pool is just outside your door and the Gulf beach is a short walk. If you want to get some exercise, there is even a tennis court here next to the pool.

Your small pup is welcome to join you with owner's permission and a $200 pet fee.

Smoking is not allowed in the home and no events are permitted.

Minimum age to rent is 25.

Your group of 7 will be in heaven when staying at Casa Caribe where each day will bring something new for you to do......or nothing at all!!!
