Welcome to Blue Waters, a beautifully renovated end-unit townhome just steps from the sugar-white sands of the Gulf! This bright and open 3-bedroom, 2-bath vacation home features an inviting open-concept layout with cozy living room seating, a breakfast bar, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for relaxing after a day on the beach. No Pets.

The main floor includes a guest bedroom with a king-sized bed and easy access to the shared living spaces. Upstairs, the primary suite offers a king bed and private Gulf-front balcony, ideal for morning coffee or sunset cocktails. A third bedroom with two twin beds and a full-size washer/dryer complete the second floor. Fire up the propane grill for family meals and enjoy the coastal breeze.

This is a non pet friendly home, smoking is not allowed in the home and no events are permitted. Minimum age to rent is 25.

Out of all the times we’ve came to Florida, this place was by far the best. Best when it came to cleanliness, convenience, and the communication with the host was awesome. They are super friendly and willing to help when needed. We love how easy it was to just walk off the back porch, across the short walkway and you’re on the beach. So easy, especially with kiddos in tow. Lol. Definitely a 10/10 experience and we will definitely be back in the future. Thank y’all so much.

Cleanest vacation rental ever! Everything was top notch. Beautiful view & easy to find.
Furniture:
Very comfy, high end furnishings, smart tvs. Remember to bring your log in info for tv apps.
Outdoor furniture:
Heavy sturdy outdoor furniture.
Kitchen:
Completely furnished with everything you can think of.
Beds:
We only used the master bedroom & I feel it falls in the firm range.
