Welcome to Boca Key, a beautifully appointed 3-bedroom, 2-bath home in a quiet gated community, now part of the Blue Moon family! Designed with families in mind, this peaceful retreat offers stunning views of the Santa Rosa Sound and is just a 10-minute walk to the beach. No PETS

The main living area features an open-concept layout with comfortable seating, a large Smart TV, a dining table for six, and a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and ample storage. Two queen bedrooms on this level offer front balcony access and share a full bath with a shower/tub combo. Upstairs, the spacious primary suite boasts a king bed, private balcony, seating area, and a spa-like en suite with soaking tub, walk-in shower, and double vanities.

Enjoy evenings in the private backyard with a firepit and play area. A beach wagon is provided to make your walk to the shore a breeze. The home includes parking for 3 vehicles (no street parking permitted) and overflow parking is available nearby.

Overall we had a good stay. The home is in a quiet gated community and felt very safe. It is within walking distance to the beach but we chose to drive because it was a little farther than we wanted to walk.
The house next door is under construction so there was some morning noise, but nothing too disruptive. The outside door handle in the upstairs bedroom was broken when we arrived. I messaged the host and maintenance came quickly to fix it.
Before our trip I asked if beach chairs were provided but the host couldn’t confirm. There were several at the house, so we brought our own on a 12-hour drive and they took up valuable space.
The only downside was the trash. One can was overflowing and another was already over half full from previous guests. Trash pickup wasn’t for a couple of days so it made it difficult to fit our own trash. Overall the home was comfortable, the host was responsive, and we enjoyed our stay.

Great place. Short walk to some nice beaches that were not busy.
Very clean. The cleanest Airbnb I have ever stayed in. Nice quiet gated community with a pool and hot tub.
Very well equipped kitchen. Ample pots, pans, dishes etc.(although no seasonings for cooking, so you’ll want to bring your own)
All around fantastic place.

We stayed at Boca Key between Christmas and New Years. It is a beautiful home and conveniently located in walking distance to the beach. It was quiet and comfortable. All good. It’s clean and spacious for our family. Enjoyed the fire pit and kitchen is well equipped. Nice jacuzzi in the master bedroom. The only thing I don’t like is the window in the master bedroom that’s facing the living room downstairs is like a wooden blinds so you can hear all the noise downstairs if you’re trying to sleep. Other than that everything else is good.
