This 4-bedroom with attached full bathrooms with an additional 2 half-bath vacation home! It features a beautiful open-concept layout with cozy living room seating, fully equipped kitchen bar, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for relaxing after a day on the beach.

The first floor includes an enclosed garage full of yard games, beach toys, and a half bathroom that is easily accessible when hanging out by the pool! Room for guests to park in the driveway for approximately 4 vehicles.

The second floor includes the primary living space with gorgeous gulf views and gate access to the pool from the deck. Here you will find a full kitchen with a bar and walk-in panty, dining room, living room, half bathroom, a queen bedroom suite, and balcony access.

The third floor will have the remaining 3 bedrooms: king primary suite with a gorgeous double shower, queen suite, and twin over queen bunk with a shower and tub combination suite. The bunkroom has a fold out twin chair that would suit a child. This floor holds the washer and dryer as well.

Fire up the propane grill for family meals and enjoy the coastal breeze next to the private pool.

The Navarre Beach Sea Turtle Conservation Center is a must-visit for families, while nearby bike paths, local seafood spots, and waterfront dining make it easy to enjoy the natural beauty and charm of this peaceful beach town.

ELEVATOR NOTICE: Children are to be accompanied when utilizing the elevator at all times. Please do not allow the door to be left open on the elevator as it will lock up due to a safety feature, and the management company must be contacted.

POOL NOTICE: POOL CANNOT BE HEATED DECEMBER 1-FEBRUARY 29. In addition, if outdoor temperature is below 55 degrees anytime of the year, the pool cannot be heated. If you would like to have the pool heated during your stay, it is a $75 per day charge for each day of your of stay. Pool heat is set at 83 degrees and temperature cannot be adjusted. Please notify us if you would like to add on this amenity to your reservation at least 2 WEEKS PRIOR to your arrival. **Please note weather/air temperature can affect the pool temperature. We’d love your thoughts on how best to optimize this.
