Lovely house and excellent location

Graduation Celebration Stay
This Home is set up perfectly for a large group. We were three generations deep, and everyone had private areas. Being on the bayside, we were so lucky to enjoy the calmer waters, dock, and backyard space, while the Gulfside experienced a few Red flag days and a couple of Purple flag days (jellyfish). The quiet gated neighborhood is a plus, and the walk to the Public Beach Access was an easy stroll. Oh, and Dolphins were seen from the balcony, too!- Posted: 5/11/2025

Absolutely Beautiful

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was immaculate. Beautiful views of the sound from nearly every place in the house. Everything was clean and new. Our family enjoyed playing pickleball nearly daily, and you just couldn't beat relaxing at night either in the sand on the lowest level or on the patio. This is a yearly trip for our family, and this has been by far our favorite place we've stayed. As long as the price doesn't grow too much in the coming years, I foresee us making this our yearly house to stay. Can't say enough great things about this place.- Posted: 11/12/2024
