The main level includes two guest bedrooms (one with a queen bed and another with a twin-over-twin bunk plus a twin-over-queen bunk), a full bathroom, and a bright sunroom with a full-size daybed and twin trundle, plus a sleeper sofa in the living room for added flexibility.
