Nestled just steps from the shore, the property boasts stunning ocean views and easy access to soft sandy beaches just outside your door. Getting to the beach is easy using the shared dune cross-over.

Inside, you'll find a spacious, well-appointed living area with comfortable furnishings, modern amenities, and large sliders that bring you out to the Gulf front deck. Gather around the large flat screen TV for movie night. (one of the couches is a queen sleeper to accommodate 2) The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream and makes meal preparation a breeze. Tools and utensils for all types of meal and snack prep are at your fingertips.
There is also a convenient half bath as well as a full washer and dryer on this floor.

Up one flight are all the bedrooms, providing peaceful retreats after your days of beach activities. The king-sized primary has an en suite bath with tiled walk-in shower. Enjoy a nightcap on the private balcony and watch the Moon Dance on the Gulf!
Next door is the second king bedroom which also features a Gulf front balcony. Down the hall is the third king bedroom and a loft featuring a full-sized bed....a perfect spot for the kids!

The ground floor has a private hot/cold shower and there is a charcoal grill available.
Parking for 4 vehicles.

This is a non-pet friendly home. Special Note: DUE TO ALLERGIES, NO ANIMAL OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED AT THIS RENTAL, INCLUDING ANIMALS WITH SPECIAL DESIGNATIONS. Smoking is not allowed in the home or on the balconies and no events are permitted.
Minimum age to rent is 25.

great location right on the beach, the third bedroom is quite small, but other than that we enjoyed our stay! Will add that if you are traveling with an infant, the master bedroom has a huge closet/bonus space attached to the bathroom, which was the perfect spot for a pack and play for naps and nighttime!

Overall we loved it. Beach access was good. Location is convenient to everything. Balcony and deck were great. The rugs need replaced but otherwise it was very comfortable.
