New to the Blue Moon family, this immaculate home is perfect for your group of 12 to enjoy!

The spacious layout of this home allows your entire group to gather together as well as providing private decks and balconies to "escape" to for some quiet time.

Upon entering, the bright and cheerful vibe will instantly put you in vacation mode.
The den has comfy couches, a flat screen TV and opens up to a private balcony seating 2.
The living room has a comfortable modular and large flat screen for movie night. Another private balcony seats 5 for a morning or late night snack.
The places to relax are endless!
Multiple chefs will enjoy snack and meal prep in the large kitchen. It is well equipped with everything you'll need and features plenty of cabinetry, SS appliances and granite countertops.
There is breakfast bar seating for 4 and dining/game playing seating for 6.

There is also a half bath on this main floor as well as a dedicated laundry room for your convenience.

Up one flight is the king-sized primary with en suite bath. Dual sinks, a walk-in shower and jetted tub are pure luxury. There is even a private balcony for your first cup of coffee before starting your day or a nightcap to end it.
Down the hall is the second king-sized bedroom and has an en suite bath with walk-in shower. The third king bedroom has another en suite bath with deep tub and shower combo.
If you need to make this a working vacation, this floor also features a great spot to do so, with a desk, 2 chairs and another private balcony with comfortable seating.

Up one more flight is the large "kids" room. This fourth bedroom has two sets of full-sized bunks sleeping 6 and a play area to delight them!

The ground floor has a propane grill, a shower to rinse the beach sand off, a fire pit, and a beverage and ice fridge. You are also welcome to enjoy the 2 paddleboards for use on the Sound only!
There is parking for 2 cars in the driveway and one in the garage. Please note that there is NO on-street parking and trailers, boats on trailers or RV's cannot be parked in the driveway!

Walk across the street to the wooden boardwalk that leads directly to the beach! It's so easy to bring your gear over for a day of fun and sun and you are welcome to use the beach wagon provided at the house. The drone pictures show just how close this home is to both the Gulf and the Sound!

Take a dip in the community pool or stroll down to the private dock and watch the boats go by or catch a spectacular sunset.

The perfect location of the house also affords a very short walk to the beach restaurants and the fishing pier, which is the longest one on the Gulf of Mexico. It's a great spot to people watch and see what the locals are reeling in.

This is a non pet friendly home, smoking is not allowed in the home or on the balconies and no events are permitted.
Minimum age to rent is 25.

Great place to stay

This was the perfect property for our large group of 12 adults. It was spacious, clean, and loved the amenities. A quick walk to beach with everything for beachin provided. Super easy booking and check in process. Loved our stay at this property!

We stayed in Periwinkle Paradise and the house was great! It was SUPER clean when we arrived. Had all kinds of beach toys and accessories available for our use during our stay. Everyone had their own area. There were 9 of us. Plenty of space and right across the street from the bridge that led to the beach. Easy beach access for not being right on the beach. Kitchen had everything you need for cooking - just make sure to bring spices, oils, coffee filters and coffee. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend for a big group!

Our family loved staying at this house in Navarre. It was an easy walk across the street to the beach and down a few blocks to restaurants. We had plenty of space for multiple families to sleep in private bedrooms with plenty of shower spots. The kids LOVED the bunk beds on the top level.

House was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of common space for our family to gather. Kitchen was well equipped with nice cookware. Beds were comfortable and entire house was clean. Short walk to the beach, lots of beach equipment.
