Sandcastle 16 - Vitamin Sea

Brand new to the rental market and sitting directly across the street from the beach, Vitamin Sea is a great spot for your party of 6 to enjoy a relaxing get-away. Take a dip in the community pool after spending a day in the sand and surf. (Heated in the winter!)

This private townhome has balconies front and back. New furnishings, painting and flooring, (NO CARPETING!)
The main floor has a large comfy couch for TV viewing with sliders onto a deck for sunning, reading a book, or just relaxing. The dining table sits 6. The well equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar and everything you'll need for snack and meal making. There is also a back deck off the kitchen and a full bath with walk in shower on this floor.

Up one flight is the queen-sized primary with a private balcony. Down the hall is a another queen-sized bedroom. The third bedroom has a trundle bed that will sleep 2 more. A full bath with walk-in shower completes this floor.

A full washer and dryer is also provided for your convenience.

There is a gas grill on the ground floor, an outdoor shower to rinse the sand off and carport parking for 2 cars. Your small pup is welcome to join you with $200 per pet fee and with owner's permission!
Note that dogs are NOT ALLOWED on the Gulf Beach.

The heated community pool is just steps outside your door, with plenty of lounge chairs.
Walk to the private sound side beach and gazebo which belongs to the complex or take a walk on the private pier and take in one of the sunsets that Navarre Beach is known for! There is boat docking at the pier, first come first served.
Directly across the street is the beautiful white sandy beach and emerald green waters, an easy walk with your beach gear. Walk to 4 different restaurants, bars and the longest fishing pier on the Gulf of Mexico. It's the perfect location!

This condo is SNOWBIRD FRIENDLY! We would love to host you for your winter getaway. For snowbird rates, select at least 28 nights any time between November 1st and March 1st. For more information on pricing or accommodations, please contact our office!

No smoking is allowed in the home or on the balconies, minimum age to rent is 25 and the maximum occupancy is 6. Events are not permitted.
