Welcome to Sandy Sunset, a beautiful Sound front 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home. Designed with families in mind, this peaceful retreat offers stunning views of the Santa Rosa Sound, is just a short walk to the beach, and provides the beach essentials. No pets.

The main living area features an open-concept layout with comfortable seating, a large Smart TV, a dining table, and a kitchen stocked with anything you may need during your stay. The main level also has two queen bedrooms and a bathroom. Upstairs, you will find a primary suite with a king bed, a guest room with two twin beds, and another full bathroom. The home has a tankless water heater.

Enjoy evenings in the backyard with a play area. You will see the most beautiful sunsets over the Santa Rosa Sound from the balconies. Take advantage of the boat dock to tie up your boat and fish.

Great location right on the water. Extremely clean! Overall our family loved our 4th of July Weekend stay and would come back again. The house fit 2 families with 8 folks with no problem. The outdoor space is great and the views were amazing! The host company was extremely responsive to anything we needed. Loved it!
Only a few personal "isms" that I would note. None of these would stop me from staying there again.
1- Beds were on the hard side. If you like a harder mattress you'll love them. We still slept like the dead but be prepared.
2- The house is right at the front of the canal, when the wind and waves start going, it can definitely be a bit rough on your boat if you're tied up to the pilings. Bring extra bumpers!
3- Had a minor issue with the gas grill that came with the house but the rental company fixed it with in an hour!

This property was perfect for our family! Beautifully placed between the bay and the beach. We would see DOLPHINS in the morning from our deck, and a stunning sunset in the evening from the same deck. Very quiet! We will be coming back!

We had the best time. My only recommendation would be curtains in the bedrooms due to how bright it was but that’s is a personal preference. The location was perfect for my family and we enjoyed walking the area and fishing. This home was extremely clean and comfortable.

One of our favorite places we’ve stayed! The location at the end of the cul-de-sac felt private and peaceful. We enjoyed fishing and kayaking in the sound right out back as well as the short distance to the ocean. The host went above and beyond to provide excellent communication. Our only complaint is that we couldn’t stay longer :)

We loved the Sandy Sunset! Peaceful and quiet on the interior Santa Rosa Sound. Kitchen was well equipped. House was clean. Easy walk to the beach. Saw dolphins right outside the back door in the channel! Navarre Beach is a new family favorite location. We would definitely stay here again!
