Silver Dolphin is the perfect beach getaway for your party of 6 and your small pup!
Freshly painted with new flooring (no carpets), this end unit townhome is just steps from the beautiful sandy beach and emerald green waters of the Gulf which is just across the street.
The main floor living room has a large flat screen TV, dining for 6 and a full kitchen. You'll find everything you need for all kinds of meal prep here. The deck off the living room has Gulf views and the deck off the kitchen affords a Santa Rosa Sound view. Both decks have dining tables so you can choose the view you want for your snacks and meals.
There is also a sofa sleeper here as well as a full bath with tub/shower combo on this floor.
Upstairs you'll find 2 king-sized bedrooms, one with a Gulf view deck and the other with a Sound view deck. Have your coffee looking at the Gulf and your nightcap gazing at the amazing sunsets Navarre Beach is known for!
There is a full bath in between and an extra sink in the Gulf view bedroom.
Rinse off after a long beach day under the outdoor shower.
Under the house is a gas grill, another table for 4 and parking for 2 cars.
Your small pup (2 max.) is welcome to join you with owner's permission and $200 per pet fee.
Note that dogs are NOT ALLOWED on the Gulf Beach.
Directly next door to Narvana if your group needs multiple properties
There is no smoking in or on the property.
Minimum age to rent is 25 and occupancy of 6 is strictly enforced.

Bright, sunny townhome, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, wonderful views to Gulf, comfortable living/sitting spaces, and a very short walk to public beach access. Management company communicated well and was attentive. When we arrived the dryer was broken, but they notified us in advance of arrival, including which day a repairman would come. There is a clause in contract that there are no discounts for broken appliances, so beware. I do feel we should have had a pricing accommodation, as renting a beach place with kids in tow necessitates working appliances and are part of the determination of what property to rent. That said, it did get repaired on our 3rd day there, which was when we really needed to be able to wash/dry. The when the kitchen sink backed up one evening, and it was attended to quickly. Great stay. Has everything you need. Just bring your necessary daily items and food. The beach is just across the street. Great beach by the way. When I stayed the only thing is the yard is not so clean on the back and the table and chairs around the garage are rusty. Overall the neighborhood is great and peaceful.
