Welcome to Southern Cross – a luxury Gulf-front townhome in the heart of Navarre Beach. This beautifully designed three-story retreat sleeps up to 13 guests and offers sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico from nearly every room. With four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, there's plenty of space for families or groups to relax and reconnect. The primary suite features a private balcony and ensuite bath, while additional bedrooms offer serene views of the Intercoastal Waterway. Enjoy your morning coffee on the Gulf-front patio and unwind each evening with a sunset from the spacious balcony.

Inside, you'll find a fully equipped chef’s kitchen, a gas grill, a freestanding ice maker, and a washer and dryer for added convenience. Dine indoors or take your meals outside on the Gulf-front patio with plenty of seating for al fresco evenings. Your pup is welcome to join you with the owner's permission! There will be a $200 pet fee per pup, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed. Cats are NOT allowed. Note that dogs are NOT ALLOWED on the Gulf Beach.

Smoking is not allowed in the home, and no events are permitted.
The minimum age to rent is 25.

Nice, clean and spacious. I loved the boardwalk out to the beach. No head aches just leave your porch to the boardwalk and onto the beach. They have beach supplies down stairs which was nice, used the beach chairs and also the floaty for a one year old. Will not only reccomend but will also use this same place when we return to Navarre!

We enjoyed everything !! Our unit was very beautiful and clean. The area was absolutely beautiful and private. The oceanfront was breathtaking and so beautiful.
