Welcome to Pier Happiness, a beautiful beachfront condo located directly on the sugar-white sands of the Gulf! Situated on the 8th floor of the highly sought after Summerwind Resort, this 3-bedroom, 2 bath condo offers a perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and breathtaking views.

Condo has NEW OWNERS and has been beautifully updated with new furniture, fresh paint, ceiling fans in every room and so much more. Owners visit several times per year to keep things in tip top condition.

One of the highlights of your stay is the private balcony with stunning views of the Navarre Beach Pier and emerald waters. Start your day with coffee and watching the sunrise, enjoy dinner on the fun surfboard table, and even spot dolphins playing in the water.

Free daily beach set up, includes 2 chairs and umbrella (March 1 - Oct 31) reserved just for you. This makes your beach days effortless and no need for you to lug chairs down to the beach each day.

• No pets allowed
• No smoking or vaping in/on property, including balcony

• Check in: 4:00pm | Check Out: 10:00am
• Starter kit of soap and paper products provided to get you through your first 24 hours
• Wristbands included and MUST be worn at all times while using resort amenities
• Parking pass included and MUST be displayed in drivers' side front window of car

Other things to note:
Please note that check-in time is at 4:00 PM. While we’re always happy to let guests in early, when possible, early check-ins are not guaranteed. When you are about 30 minutes away, please text us so we can check the status of your unit. Do not enter the property until a Blue Moon team member has officially checked you in. For safety reasons, guests are not permitted to enter while cleaners are still present.

Breaking rules will lead to cancellation and/or eviction.

We had an amazing and relaxing time at Pier Happiness. The weather was windy so we used our time when it was chilly to relax in the hot tub or explore the shops and the areas of Navarre and Pensacola and when it was warm we were on the beach and by the pools. The condo was spotless and we were surprised by how many extra small appliances there are (crockpot, instant pot, immersion blender...it's like they thought of everything!) We would come back in a heartbeat! Every morning was spent getting drinks from Espresso Lane (right down the road) or Bear Fruit (also delicious smoothie bowls) and bringing them back to enjoy on the balcony before starting the day. We also enjoyed visiting the Sea Turtle conservatory and my husband and kids loved paddleboarding out and snorkeling the artificial reef. They saw sea turtles, sting rays, and beautiful fish. The balcony is also perfect for watching dolphins in the morning!

We had a great stay at this rental. There were a few more amenities in the unit then were listed (beach chairs, umbrella, and abundance of beach/pool towels). Could also use a few more items for the renter (no seasonings or spices, a little more toilet paper provided - but these are small items).
Unit was very clean and well stocked with dishes and kitchenware. Beds comfortable (though the pillows with the master bed a bit TOO plump and were swapped with other bedroom). Unit decor was pleasing and overall very nice.
Location was great. As seen on many reviews of this condo building - the security was on top of things assuring only residents used the facilities as well as parking. Some reviews were very negative on this - we found it to be a positive and didn't mind at all. Awesome beach and near the pier - but being on the 8th floor all we heard was the waves, hardly heard the people.
Overall great unit and great place. Hope to be back soon!!
