Very impressed with this property. Tons of stuff including abundance of beach towels, pack & play, spices, coffee maker, etc. Only complaint would be the walkway to the beach needs to be updated/fixed. For older people & kids it’s a bit unsafe. My family & I will be returning!

This home was welcoming from the onset. From the text to let us know we could get in to the welcome cookies and note this place said welcome home. The place had everything we needed from extra towels and blankets to sleeping bags and toiletries. Although very clean, it didn’t feel sterile like a rental but comfortable like a home. Beach access and view were incredible.

The house was very nice! Right on the beach. No parking lots or streets to cross. Very quiet. The only negative if you would call it that, was the steps. Lots of steps. Still a great place that I would stay at again .

This was our first time to Navarre and absolutely loved our time at Dave’s Dreamhouse. So many extras- seasonings, non-perishable food, extra sets of sheets for all beds, and other items that don’t go bad and had been left by other guests. House is as described and viewed in photos. Layout was perfect for our family of 5. If we are ever back in Navarre, we will definitely stay here again!

Our family vacation went amazing. This home was great! It was a perfect location, peaceful beach, clean, and suited our group perfectly. I have nothing but positive things to say. Check in was easy and everything was as shown in the listing. I would recommend to anyone visiting the area. We will for sure book again when we return to Navarre Beach.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Beautiful sunrises while drinking coffee on the deck. Gorgeous sunsets with friends while relaxing on the beach. Great place to enjoy biking, walking, reading a book. or just listening to the ocean. Close proximity to restaurants and fishing pier.

If you’re looking for a place to stay that has every amenity possible, then this is it! From beach towels/toys/chairs to spices for cooking and laundry supplies. If you like to be away from the touristy crowd, you will love it here! So quiet. The welcoming cookies and beautiful bouquet of flowers were the icing on the cake!

This is the second year that my friends and I have stayed at this property. We love this unit and its location. Neither the beach nor the traffic is congested at Dave's. The view is awesome from the back decks and the water was beautiful this year. The property was very clean. We did have to contact the property manager concerning a small issue with a door handle. However, she was super easy to get in touch with and was eager to help us. We will be booking this property again. We love it!

This is our third stay at this property and it was just as wonderful as the first two. Property is clean, very well decorated, great location, and very easy to communicate with property manager. We love it!

So the refrigeraor was out when we got there. The property manager let us know and provided a small refrigerator and a cooler full of ice. It was a little frustrating but we made it work. The refrigerator that was there was fairly new. They tried to get it replaced before we left but just didn’t work out. The condo was great. It had own access to the beach. They had plenty of beach stuff. The home owners gave us a big refund for our inconvenience . Thank you.

We absolutely loved our stay. Home was clean and well very stocked. The layout was perfect for 2 families - we had 5 kids ages ranging from 2 to 8. We arrived to beautiful fresh flowers and cupcakes which the kids loved. Location was amazing- right on the beach and close to restaurants. In case anyone is curious- you can get Instacart to the home for anything you forget. Afton was great at communicating with us and made sure we had everything we needed. We brought our own chairs and beach toys but were pleasantly surprised to see the downstairs closet full of chairs, beach toys for the kids and even a wagon. 10/10 recommend this home. Already tried to book it for next year but the dates aren’t available yet. We will be checking back.

From the minute I walked in the door and saw bikes, helmets and sun hats, I was impressed. I went up the steps to the first level and WOW! The view was amazing as was the view from the master bedroom. It was so bright and welcoming and had all the perfect touches. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the management. It was the most stocked place we’d ever been. To Dave and his wife - thank you for letting us make wonderful memories in your beach home.

This property is an amazing location. It was like having our own private beach. Home is well equipped with things you need and enough seating for all our party. This was our first time on Navarre Beach and we loved it!

We loved how close it was to the beach. Having a back patio that steps right out to the beach with a very short walk. It was on th quieter end of the beach, so with 4 children under the age of 7, it was perfect. The only issue was it was pricey, with a lot of hidden fees that don’t pop up until the end. But for a family of 10, it was relaxing

Great location, fabulous deck, well equipped kitchen. The rocking chairs and patio furniture are very nice. Large bedrooms, good bathrooms. Plenty of space for our teens and us. Definitely use the dehumidifier! If you do not it gets sticky. Manager was easy to communicate with and accommodating. We were allow to enter the property as soon as cleaning crew was finished. House is in need of a deep clean.

We have been coming to Navarre for over 25 years. We bring everything and load the cars down because often times the houses just don’t have everything we need. Dave’s Dream was an entirely different story. We over packed for this stay. The kitchen has all the utensils and pans for cooking we needed. The fact the owners don’t just throw everything away that people leave is so helpful. We didn’t have to make all the extra trips to the store like most places require. There were plenty of towels, extra toilet paper, spices that have been left to use, hot water works, list could just go on and on. And of course the house is beautifully decorated and the beds were comfortable. The outdoor patio space has been one of the best if you like to gather on the deck in the evenings. We loved this place, we will rent again if we have another small group. Thank you for a great experience!

The property was as described. It was clean and decorated very nicely. There were tons of beach towels in the closets and the kitchen was stocked with spices and adequate cooking utensils. We cooked and stayed in almost every night. It was so relaxing and enjoyable. There was plenty of space for our group of 7 adults. The downstairs grill, dining area, and shower were AWESOME! The location of the property was great. There wasn't much traffic on the road, as we were further down from the pier. The beach area wasn't crowded either. Our group was very pleased with our stay! Just be aware that your neighbors on either side of the deck, overlooking the beach are very close. Like... You can look them in the eye and say, "Good Morning". That close. Our neighbors were great, so we had no problems. Just something to be aware of... We would definitely stay here again!

Just book it! And save yourself hours of packing because this property has everything you need on-site. Chairs, umbrellas, Beach wagon, cooler, sand toys, corn hole, football, crossnet, volleyball, skim boards, floats, life jackets, bikes... everything is already there. The condo itself was great! The outdoor seating area was our favorite part. We ate lunch and dinner out there every single day... and played cards at night. The beds were surprisingly comfortable. My husband and I have become accustomed to waking up sore when on vacation... but not here, slept great. My SIL said the same thing and was so impressed that she tried to figure out the mattress type. Navarre is a gem! Quiet and family-friendly... we loved bouncing from beach fun to exploring and fishing the sound. Feel free to sleep in... you don't have to set your tent up at 6am to get a decent spot on the beach... not crowded at all! Can't wait to go back!

Loved everything about it. It’s in a great location and loved the private boardwalk to the beach. The beach was beautiful. You can see the sunrise from the deck and both the sunrise and sunset from the beach. The house was clean and fully stocked for anything you would need. The beds were super comfy and having 3 bathrooms was great. We would love to visit again when the weather is a little nicer. Thanks ‘Dave’s Dream’ for such a great stay in Navarre.

This house was great! It was beautiful, had its own boardwalk to the beach, beach chairs and umbrella! Not to mention all the extras inside the house, it made us feel like VIP’s! The house was immaculate! And even decorated for Christmas with a tree and stockings, we loved it! We will definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay in this home. We visit Navarre often and have chosen this as our favorite. The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of blankets, pillows, and sheets. Every closet, drawer, and cabinet was stocked with all our needs, from shampoo to a sewing box that actually came in handy. There were plenty of beach toys and all our beach needs, including lots of beach towels. The deck was cozy and we enjoyed rocking our grandbaby on the swing downstairs. Thanks for sharing this beautiful home.

Absolutely fantastic location! Right on a gorgeous, family friendly quiet beach. Beautifully appointed and decorated home - you can tell the owners lovingly care for it. They have thought of everything! keeping it well stocked from the kitchen to the beach toys! All we had to do was show up with our swimsuit and groceries! This is a place we hope to return to year after year!

Love that it's a quick walk from the home to the beach! Mornings on the patio were fantastic. The home had all the necessities. We went grocery shopping on our way in, but were pleasantly surprised that we overbought because the property was well stocked. The kid's had a great time and keep asking when we're coming back!

We had a great time! The house had everything we needed which was very nice so all we had to get was groceries. The beach was absolutely beautiful and not crowded at all! The private outdoor shower was great after being at the beach especially with sandy small children. The only issue we had was we couldn’t get the master bedroom tv to work but we didn’t really mess with it to much but I’m sure we could have figured it out. Also the sliding glass doors are very hard to open but if you have small children like us that’s ok because I didn’t have to worry about them getting out! All in all I give it 5 stars and would definitely come back again!

Our family enjoyed staying in your townhome. It was a perfect family accommodation. There was nothing needed except a few groceries. Everything else was provided. This is the most beautiful property we have stayed in at the beach. Owner is very easy to contact and has thoughtfully stocked many of the things you will need for the beach (sand chairs, beach towels, etc). We hope to return next year!

My family and I just concluded our stay at "Dave's Dream" and can't say enough great things about the home. First of all, the check-in process was very easy and efficient. Once we checked-in, we found the house to be very clean and exactly as advertised (and then some). It didn't take us long to figure out that the family that owns the home not only loves "Dave's Dream" but really loves to share it with others. We have stayed in several beach homes over the years and "Dave's Dream" was by far the most well equipped home we have stayed in. Honestly, other than our clothes, we really didn't need to bring anything else. We are fairly picky when it comes to our vacation homes and we all agreed that we would love to come back to "Dave's Dream" in the near future.

This was the perfect place. You are just steps from the ocean. The outdoor space is wonderful. The condo was nice and clean and stocked with everything you need. The only drawbacks were that one of the bikes had a flat tire and there are a lot of stairs which are not kid friendly! I wish we had thought to bring baby gates. Otherwise, it was perfect and we will probably stay again next year.

We have stayed in Pensacola/Navarre rentals for the past 10 years and Dave’s Dream is now our favorite. It had everything we needed for our family vacation. Everything! Including beach chairs, toys, raft, comfortable beds, kitchen supplies, games, and the most convenient access to the beach. Perfect view from the deck for grandparents to watch the grandkids playing on the beach.

Gorgeous condo snuggled right on the beach! We felt right at home and we’re thankful the owners were able to accommodate our needs with family arriving from the airport. Dave’s Dream was perfect for our family. The condo was very clean, fully stocked with amenities. Beautiful view from the Master balcony and the back porch. We brought our grandchildren so we did purchase a stair gate for our peace of mind but left it for other guest to use. Great beach access and beech goers were spaced well. We look forward to another visit.

Beautiful property, beautiful decor, as photos show, and the 'extra amenities' included per all the other reviews - awesome, plentiful, high quality - what a blessing to know everything you need is most likely already provided there so you don't have to pack it in nor pack it back out with you! Easy/pleasurable experience to work with management in all ways - Kim was helpful, quick to respond, even on Thanksgiving Day when we couldn't figure out how to work the TV in order to watch the Parade (insert 'rolled eyes emoji image here, + photos of 'older' people HAHAHA) ... until we got our 28 year old son/nephew to help figure it out on a call with her. Great location, views, loved this quieter area of the Gulf front beach, white sugar sand that 'squeaks' when you walk on it, so soft and beautiful - same as all along this area, but not so packed w/people nor traffic - a very restful beach and exactly 'what the Dr. ordered' for our quick family meet-up. Good restaurant options in the area, enjoyed the National Seashore area adjoining, and were sorry we delayed doing the $1/person walk on the Pier until our final night - beautiful sunset view from there and met great folks and saw some great catches reeled in!

My family (2 adults, 2 children under the age of 5) stayed at Dave's Dream at the end of October for our first trip to the Gulf and we will definitely be back. The rentals location, decor, and layout were very easy to function in and we so enjoyed our time.

We had a great stay for five days. It was very clean quiet and on a secluded beach location. Very few other folks on the beach. Well equipped with beach gear. We were pleasantly surprised to find the house very well stocked with kitchen items and toiletries. Can’t tell you how much nicer that experience is than having to completely stock the condo. Will be going back next summer. If you’re looking for something less hectic than Destin this is perfect.

We loved this place! The beach in Navarre is pristine and just the right mix of busy enough to be fun but not crowded or dirty. The house sits right on the beach with a very short walk over the dunes. The house was stocked with cooking supplies, laundry detergent, nice cups and all the things you need for the beach (chairs, wagon, boogie boards, towels). So great! A minor issue with the AC was fixed expeditiously and the hostess was very easy to communicate with. One word of wisdom for other guests - if you’re not an early riser bring a sleep mask. The master bedroom overlooks the ocean and is BRIGHT in the morning. Lovely for morning people but I am not :)

We had a great time at Dave’s Dream home! The house was easy to get to the beach, and it was easy to get around on Navarre beach. The beach was not crowded and there was plenty of room for 8 people!!

As a VRBO owner myself I feel like the “extras” are what keeps renters coming back. This condo is loaded with them. Great location and every room is well decorated and comfortable. Our group of 8 had plenty of room to spread out. Amazing experience, thank you Kim!
